Two weeks of tartars!

From July 23 to August 5 Insight and “Na svezhem vozduhe” restaurants takes a part of the Moscow Restaurant Week. This time we cook tartars — original, summer and fresh. Everything led by chef Alexander Stakheev. At the height programme:

INSIGHT:

— Pineapple and red tofu with yuzu sorbet with matcha ice cream



— Marbled beef with miso cappuccino



— Salmon with miso apples and scallop foam



— Fruit and sweet chili with matcha ice cream



“Na svezhem vozduhe”:

— Fried chanterelle and foie gras



— Apricot and yuzu with meringue



— Smoked duck with onion confit



— Sea bass with strawberries and champagne
